FindMyLost allows TGV INOUI customers traveling on the Milan–Paris route to search for items lost during their journey, from anywhere and at any time (“I lost an item” button).
By registering, users can perform a search, communicate with the staff managing lost property, and activate an alert if their item or luggage has not yet been found.
Items remain available on the platform for up to 30 days from the date they are found. Items are uploaded with a delay of a few days, so we recommend activating the alert and checking the platform again after a few days.
The contents of bags and suitcases are not inventoried.
An item will be published online only after validation by the FindMyLost staff.
Items can only be returned through the FindMyLost organization, either via a home delivery shipping service at the requester’s expense or through in-person collection in Milan.
It is also possible to report an item found on the train (e.g. exchanged luggage), in order to return it directly to its rightful owner (“I found an item” button).
